We really enjoy working with Antony and his team – amongst lawyers we have come across, Antony himself has unrivalled experience in counterparty documentation and associated regulation.  He responds quickly and often pre-empts our further questions.  And his new firm’s rates are lower than competitors, as well.

Services

Service levels

We offer three levels of documentation advice and review. Fees are tailored according to the service level.

“What does the agreement mean and should I sign it?”

Receive expert advice on transaction documentation and the implications of signing it.

“Is the agreement market standard and what are the key negotiation points?”

Compare documentation against current market trends, to identify whether it is fair and to consider key points for negotiation.

"Full mark-up and negotiation process"

A complete review of the transaction documentation and full negotiation of the agreements, to secure the best contractual position.

Fixed or hourly fees

We offer a transparent fee structure based on competitive rates and an efficient, focused approach.  Our clients have the choice of either fixed fees, which are agreed up-front on a per-project basis, or fees charged by the hour at pre-agreed hourly rates.

International service and
cross-border expertise

From our office in London, AB Trading Advisors serves clients across the globe.  Our principals are qualified solicitors (now non-practising) in England and Wales, having previously worked in leading roles within top tier law firms and in-house in London.  We can, upon request, attend meetings at your location in order to provide personal, face-to-face service.
